Palmanova Center: The Mega-Project That Redefines Asunción’s Skyline-cms

July 18, 2025
Palmanova Center is a mega-project that will give Asunción a new skyline.

Under the concept of “The City Awakens,” more than 300 special guests attended Talleyrand Costanera to learn about the details of this majestic project, which integrates residences, offices, retail, and wellness spaces.

Located on Primer Presidente Street, one of the capital’s emerging growth hubs, Palmanova Center is envisioned as a mixed-use complex that will include two residential towers of 40 and 37 floors, two corporate towers of 36 and 33 floors, a five-level premium mall featuring over 90 carefully selected brands, and the city’s highest rooftop with panoramic views, double infinity pools, and gourmet dining spaces.

The architectural design, led by the international firm Jasper Architects, was recently awarded the GOLD WINNER prize at the International Architecture & Design Awards (IADA), positioning Palmanova as a cutting-edge reference in Latin America. Additionally, the project is pursuing LEED international certification, with pre-approval already granted, reflecting its commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency.

“Palmanova Center is not just a project; it is a new way of thinking about and experiencing the city—a turning point in Asunción’s urban model,” emphasized Adrián Soria, General Director of Katuete SRL, the developer of the project.

Among the main highlights is an innovative commercial proposal: pre-sale prices starting from USD 2,000 per square meter, with a projected annual appreciation of 10% until 2030, direct financing of up to 60 months with an initial payment of 30%, and for those opting for full payment, a surety policy guaranteeing 100% of the invested amount along with exclusive discounts.

Key project details combining design, innovation, and sustainability:

Palmanova Center positions itself as much more than a real estate complex: it aims to become Paraguay’s new architectural and commercial landmark, offering a space designed to live, work, invest, and enjoy within a connected and sustainable environment.
