Martin Jasper is a German architect and engineer, founder and director of Jasper Architects, with offices in Berlin, Buenos Aires, and Asunción. He studied architecture at the Universität der Künste Berlin, the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso in Chile, and the Politecnico di Milano, complementing his education in painting at the Accademia di Brera in Milan.
His innovative approach and contemporary vision are reflected in landmark projects such as “UP! Berlin,” a transformation of the former East Berlin shopping center into a modern mixed-use building.

The operation included ₲10,000 million at an annual rate of 13.5% and US$1.5 million at 9.5%, both with quarterly payments.
