The issuance was structured in two tranches:
Guaraní-denominated bonds (G1): Total amount of G. 10,000 million, with an annual interest rate of 13.5% and quarterly payments.
Dollar-denominated bonds (USD1): Amount of US$ 1.5 million, with an annual interest rate of 9.5% and quarterly payments.
The funds raised will be allocated 60% to the completion of the Palmanova Las Mercedes building and 40% to the payment of liabilities, thereby strengthening the company’s financial structure.
