With a presentation that combined design, technology, and urban vision, Palmanova Center was officially unveiled—a mixed-use development that redefines urban standards in Paraguay.
The launch event brought together over 700 guests at Talleyrand Costanera under the concept The City Awakens. Located on Primer Presidente Street, in one of Asunción’s emerging strategic hubs, Palmanova integrates residences, offices, a premium mall, a panoramic rooftop, and wellness facilities into a single sustainable and connected ecosystem.
The project is led by Katuete SRL in partnership with the international firm Jasper Architects, whose design was awarded the Gold Winner prize at the International Architecture & Design Awards (IADA).
It includes two residential towers of up to 40 floors with over 400 units, two corporate towers of more than 30 floors, and a five-level mall featuring more than 90 commercial offerings.
The city’s highest rooftop will offer infinity pools, an observation deck, a restaurant, and botanical areas. Additionally, the development will feature a state-of-the-art gym. Palmanova emphasizes sustainability with green technologies, integrated vegetation, solar energy, and energy-efficient systems.
The project is pursuing international LEED certification. During the event, the opening of an exclusive pre-sale was announced, with prices starting from USD 2,000/m², direct financing for up to 60 months, and a surety policy guaranteeing 100% of the investment for those opting for full payment.
“Palmanova is more than a development: it is a new way of experiencing city life, where everything is connected and urban living is enjoyed to the fullest,” highlighted the developers.
