November 4, 2024

Katuete SRL, a construction and development company behind Paraguay’s iconic Palmanova buildings, today celebrated its first bond issuance on the Paraguayan Stock Exchange (BVPASA), marking a milestone in its journey as a developer of high-impact real estate projects. The ceremony included the symbolic ringing of the bell, representing the company’s official entry into the capital markets.

The dual issuance in Guaraníes and U.S. dollars offers attractive opportunities for the investor community. The Guaraní-denominated bonds (G1) are available with a total amount of G. 10 billion at an annual rate of 13.5%, with interest payable quarterly. Meanwhile, the U.S. dollar-denominated bonds (USD1) cover a total of US$1.5 million at an annual rate of 9.5%, also with quarterly interest payments.

The funds raised will be allocated strategically: 60% will support the completion of the Palmanova Las Mercedes building, while 40% will be used to pay off liabilities, strengthening the company’s financial structure and its capacity to develop innovative, high-value projects.

"We want to thank the Paraguayan Stock Exchange and all the investors who have trusted Katuete SRL. This issuance not only marks a new chapter for our company but also allows us to strengthen our partnership with the capital markets and position ourselves for new growth opportunities," said the company’s representative at the event.

Starting Tuesday, November 5, Katuete SRL bonds will be officially available for purchase on the Paraguayan Stock Exchange through ASUCAPITAL brokerage. For more information, please contact (021) 328-9506 or ASUCAPITAL Corporate at (0974) 457-549.
