The successful groundbreaking of the Palmanova Villa Morra building marks a milestone in the real estate landscape of the area. The Palmanova building in Villa Morra—developed, constructed, and marketed by Katuete SRL, a family-owned company with over 25 years of experience—held its groundbreaking on Thursday, February 8, marking an important milestone in its trajectory.

Located at the intersection of Campos Cervera and Legión Civil Extranjera, Palmanova stands as a key piece in Villa Morra’s urban landscape, distinguished by its prime location and innovative architectural design. “We chose to invest in this competitive area due to the growing demand from foreign investors. Evidence of this is that 30% of the project has already been sold to international buyers,” said Adrián Soria, Director of Katuete SRL.

“This project, the company’s second, follows the one we are completing in Las Mercedes, where 85% of the units have already been sold,” Soria added. “With this new initiative, we anticipate significant growth in the area, which is set to become a vertical development hub for real estate projects,” he stated. He also announced that the company plans to launch two additional projects in the same neighborhood in November.

Exclusivity in the Heart of Asunción

The one-bedroom apartments will range from 59 to 65 m², while the two-bedroom units will range from 84 to 87 m². Ideal for families, each unit is designed to the highest standards of quality and includes 600 m² of amenities.

From a fully equipped kitchen with cabinets, oven, hob, and extractor hood, to climate-controlled bedrooms and living areas, bedroom closets, large windows, mirrors, water heaters, shower screens, and balconies with grills in all units, every detail reflects Palmanova’s commitment to excellence and comfort.

The building is designed to offer residents a luxurious and comfortable lifestyle. “In terms of financing, we operate with our own resources, offering an initial payment of 30% and up to five years to complete the payment. We also offer financing through a partnership with Banco Itaú,” explained Soria. To ensure investors’ peace of mind, the project will be backed by the insurer ASEPASA and supported by Katuete SRL’s more than 25 years of experience in the market. The building is scheduled for delivery in December 2025.
